Yoga is not only extremely beneficial for our mental, physical and spiritual health, it’s also a form of exercise you can do practically anywhere.
To practice yoga you need little more than your body dimensions in floor space, a mat for grip and cushioning, and perhaps a couple of solid block-like objects for support – and then you’re good to flow.
However, what many yogis also find helpful is some instruction to guide them through the asanas, or poses. But unless you’re lucky enough to live with a yoga instructor, you’re going to need to find that by other means. Thankfully, the Internet is here to help – specifically YouTube where there are an overwhelming amount of yoga channels and classes on offer.
But with so many to choose from, how do you know where to start – or how to avoid wasting your valuable time following a class that ends up being far too challenging, or not challenging enough?
That’s why we created this guide…
So, whether you’re looking to try yoga for the first time, or you’re an experienced yogi, we’ve researched, reviewed and listed the 10 best yoga workout channels for men, to help you stay fit and mentally sound from the comfort of your own home.
1. Breathe and Flow
Breathe and flow offers a variety of yoga lessons and you can find an entire playlist devoted to yoga for men on their YouTube channel.
The Breathe and Flow platform was developed by a couple who quit their Silicon Valley jobs to teach yoga across the world. Their real names are Bre and Flo! Talk about a cosmic connection!
2. Man Flow Yoga
Dean Pohlman is the yogi behind this very successful YouTube channel, but he also offers on-demand programs on his website.

Additional Yoga Resources
Elsewhere on ManBodySpirit.com we’ve created a range of yoga resources covering pretty much every question you might have. Take a look at:
Although not men-only, I’ve been using AloMoves for a year and they have some amazing work-outs and training that cater to the male audience. It’s funny ironic, and likely necessary, how we need to ‘discriminate’ in order to get more men into yoga, although it is supposed to be an inclusive practice. The power of marketing, ey? 🙂
I completely agree with you, Vlad. I’m also a subscriber of Alo Moves, and there are a great mix of not only male teachers, but classes taught by women that are excellent for men to take.
But indeed, if having a male teacher helps reassure guys that the class is 100% designed for them, then the list above is a great starting point.
